Trial period lasts 7 from the day you receive the product. We will send you an E-mail reminder to return around the 5 th day. Mottoptical.com reserves the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith return.

• A returned product does not meet Mottoptical.com return requirements.
• A return is received at the wrong address.
• A return request is made to Mottoptical.com more than 10 days from the date you received your item without special approval.
• The item is damaged or permanently altered in any way.
• The item has been written on or shows other signs of damage.

Frames not returned or damaged will be charged the full price of the frame.

Special Terms & Conditions

Contact lens orders can only be fulfilled if the prescription you have on file from us is within one year, otherwise, the prescription is expired and you either have to come to our stores to renew it or send us a valid prescription. For specialty contacts like Misight, it has to be prescribed either by our doctors or the in the RX you send to us. No refunds. Credit can be given as a gift card to purchase at our stores or a discount code can be given to purchase online.
